At Fiji Golf Tours and Transfers, we understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
- More than 48 hours before your scheduled tour or transfer: Full refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled tour or transfer: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before your scheduled tour or transfer: No refund.
- No-shows: No refund will be provided.
- Flight delays or cancellations: If your airport transfer is affected by a confirmed flight delay or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to adjust your transfer arrangements where possible.
- Weather or operational cancellations: If we need to cancel a tour or transfer due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund where applicable.
Bereavement: In the unfortunate event of a death affecting your travel plans, cancellation and refund requests may be considered outside our standard cancellation terms. A valid death certificate or other acceptable official documentation must be provided for the request to be reviewed. Any refund remains subject to third-party charges that may already have been paid and are non-refundable.
Please note that third-party charges, including golf course fees, attraction entry fees, or other services booked on your behalf, may be subject to the individual provider’s cancellation and refund policy.
Any approved refunds will be processed back through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
